摘　　要：目的 :研究脱氧氟尿苷 (DFUR)冻干粉针剂 (DFURLP)对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤活性。方法 :以荷瘤小鼠的瘤重和生命延长率为指标 ,观察药物 (30 0 ,15 0 ,75mg·kg-1)的抗肿瘤活性。结果 :DFURLP(30 0 ,15 0mg·kg-1,iv)对小鼠移植性肉瘤 180 (S180 )、肝瘤实体型 (Heps)及子宫肉瘤 (U14 )的肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,DFURLP(30 0mg·kg-1,iv)与DFUR(6 0 0mg·kg-1,ig)作用相近 ,DFURLP(30 0 ,15 0mg·kg-1,ip)能显著延长S180 ,Heps,EAC腹水型小鼠移植瘤的存活天数 ,而DFUR(30 0mg·kg-1,ig)对以上 3种腹水瘤无明显延长生命作用。结论 :DFURLPiv及ip对动物实验性肿瘤具有显著的抑制作用。Objective:To study the effects of doxifluridine(DFUR) lyophilized powder for injection(DFURLP) on the experimental tumors:S 180 ,Heps and U 14 in mice.Methods:The activity of DFUR(300,150,75mg·kg -1 ) was observed to measure the survival time of mice with the three ascitic type and the weight of the tumor.Results:The growth of S 180 ,Heps and U 14 in mice was significantly( P <0.01) inhibited by DFURLP.The effects of DFURLP (300mg·kg -1 ) following iv administration was similar to those of DFUR (600mg·kg -1 ) following ig administration. DFURLP(300,150 mg· kg -1 ) following ip administration could significantly prolong the survival time of mice with S 180 ,Heps of ascitic type and EAC,but DFUR (300mg·kg -1 ) following ig administration could not significantly prolong the survival time of mice with the three ascitic type.Conclusion:The experimental tumors(S 180 ,Heps,and U 14 ) in mice were significantly inhibited by DFURLP following iv or ip administration.
