摘  要:目的 :观察酪酸梭菌口服后在小白鼠肠道内定植和排出的动态变化。方法 :将小鼠随机分为 3d和 6d给药组及生理氯化钠溶液组 ,分别用酪酸梭菌 10 7cfu·mL-1和 10 6cfu·mL-1灌胃 ,每次 0 .5mL ,bid。给药前后每天采集小鼠新鲜大便 ,进行培养 ,作酪酸梭菌活菌计数。结果 :给药d2酪酸梭菌定植 ,3d组d7活菌消失 ,6d组d11活菌消失。结论 :酪酸梭菌给药后 ,在小白鼠肠道内d2定植 ,定植期为 10d左右 。Objective:To observe ambulatory changes of colonization and discharge of Clostridium butyricum (C B) in mice interstinal tract.Methods:60 mice were randomly and equally divided in to 5 groups to receive orally C B of 10 7cfu·mL -1 and 10 6cfu·mL -1 for 3 day (3d group) or 6 day (6d group)and normal saline (control group) of 0.5mL, bid, for 3d or 6d. Before and after treatment,fresh feces were collected, and C B was cultured and counted every day.Results:At second day of treatment, C B colonizated in interstinal tract, but disappeared from the feces at 7th day (3d group) and 11th day (6d group),respectively.Conclusion:At second day of treatment,C B may colonizate in mice interstinal tract, the colonization period is about ten days and viable bacteria amounts (cfu/g) may be ralated to the increased dose of C B.
