胸腺肽配合益肝1号治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察胸腺肽配合益肝 1号治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法　 2 0 0例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 1 0 0例 ,治疗组用胸腺肽注射液60mg ,足三里穴位注射 ,2日 次 ,同时配合益肝 1号口服液 ,30ml 次 ,2次 日 ,并根据辨证论治原则 ,随症加减用药。对照组用甘利欣注射液 1 5 0～ 2 0 0mg加入 1 0 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml,静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,肝功能正常后改为甘利欣胶囊口服 ,1 5 0mg 次 ,3次 日。 2组均以 3个月为1个疗程 ,1个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果　治疗组在改善胁痛、腹胀、便溏、乏力、衄血、肝脾大等方面疗效优于对照组 ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组在降低谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶 (ALT)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶 (γ GT)、总胆红素 (TBiL) ,改善白蛋白 球蛋白 (A G)方面 ,以及促使乙型肝炎e抗原 (HBeAg)和乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV DNA)阴转方面 ,其疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　胸腺肽配合益肝 1号治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效 ,可阻断或抑制HBV复制 ,且使用安全。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thymic peptide combined with Yigan No.1 oral liquid on chronic hepatitis B.Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated with thymic peptide injection 60mg,injected in Zusanli point,once every other day,combined with Yigan No.1 oral liquid,30ml once, twice a day. The patients in control group were treated with Ganlixin injection,150-200mg in 10%GS 250ml,iv,once a day. After the liver function was normal, Ganlixin capsule was oraly taken,150mg once,three times a day,with a treatment course of one month for both groups. Results The improvement of symptoms in treatnment group was superior to that in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) ; The reduction of ALT,r-GT and TBil in treatment group was more obvious than that i n control group,as well as the improvement of A/G and the negetive change of HBeAg and HBV-DNA (P<0.05). Conclusion The thymic peptide combined with Yigan No.1 oral liquid is effective in treating chronic hepatitis,which can block or inhibit the duplication of HBV,with safe and easy usage.
