摘 要:目的 观察内障丸对大鼠D -半乳糖性白内障晶状体上皮及纤维细胞超微结构的影响。方法 将 2 0只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药中剂量组及中药高剂量组。除正常组外 ,均以 50 %D -半乳糖生理盐水注射液作腹腔注射 ,中药组给予不同剂量内障丸水煎剂灌胃。 2 8天后在透射电镜下观察晶状体上皮及纤维细胞结构。结果 在模型组中混浊晶状体的细胞间连接被破坏 ,有不同程度的液化现象 ,细胞膜结构被破坏 ,胞质密度改变。内障丸组的细胞结构较模型组清晰、完整 ,而高剂量组的晶状体细胞结构完整性优于中剂量组。结论 内障丸具有保护晶状体细胞结构和延缓细胞变性过程的作用 ;OBJECTIVE To investigate an effect of neizhangwan (内障丸)on epithelial cells and fibrocytes ultrastructure of D-galactose cataract lens in rats. METHODS Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, experimental group without treatment, two groups treated with medium-dose, and with high-dose. In these rats 55% D-galactose were injected into abdomen except the normal group. Gastric infusion was performed with medium-dose and high-dose of neizhangwan in two treated groups, and with distilled water in the other two groups once daily. At 28 days structures of epithelial cells and fibrocytes were examined by transmission electron microscope. RESULTS Turbid lens intercellular links was damaged and cells membranes were dissolved in different degree in the experimental group without treatment, and density of cells substances changed. The damage of structures of cells was milder in the treated groups than experimental group, the treated group with high-dose was better than medium-dose group. CONCLUSION Neizhangwan could protect the cells ultrastructure of lens and retard the occurrence of cells degeneration, and the effect could be related with the medicament concentration.
