摘 要:研究了固溶处理对Ti Si共晶合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,经 10 5 0 (C固溶处理 ,可以有效改善Ti Si共晶合金的显微组织 ,大大提高合金的压缩塑性。进一步的断口分析显示 ,铸态Ti Si共晶合金的断裂是以瞬时脆性断裂为主要特征 ,而经固溶处理后 ,主要表现为第二相的拔出和撕裂。The effect of solution heat treatment on the microstructure and fracture properties of Ti-Si eutectic alloys was studied. The results indicate that the microstructure and compressive plasticity of the Ti-Si eutectic alloy were improved effectively by the solution heat treatment at the temperature of 1050℃. The fracture characteristics of the alloys were analyzed. It is shown that the fracture of the Ti-Si eutectic alloy in cast is instantaneously brittle cleavage. But the fracture of the alloy after solution heat treatment was exhibited that the second phases in the matrix were pulled out and torn.
