冬虫夏草提高“肾阳虚”小鼠生殖功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察冬虫夏草对“肾阳虚”模型小鼠生殖功能的影响。方法　用腺嘌呤复制“肾阳虚”模型小鼠 ,并喂饲冬虫夏草 ,观察睾丸形态及配对雌鼠阴道阴栓出现率、受孕时间、受孕雌鼠生育的仔鼠数、仔鼠平均体重。结果　冬虫夏草组的睾丸形态等指标明显改善 ,雌鼠受孕时间有提前趋势 ,仔鼠数和仔鼠平均体重明显增加。结论　冬虫夏草可提高“肾阳虚”模型小鼠的生殖功能 。Objective To investigate the affection of Cordyceps sinensis on the reproductive function of kidney yang deficiency mice. Methods The kidney yang deficiency mice were reproduced by the applying of adenine. And the Cordyceps sinensis were given orally to the model mice. The occurrence rate of vaginal plug and the pregnancy, the time being impregnated of the female mice, the number of whelp mice and the morphology of testis in male mice were observed.Results After given Cordyceps sinensis,the manifestation of morphology of mice testis were improved, the time of being impregnated were advanced, the number of whelp mice and the average body weight of young mice were increased significantly.Conclusion It is suggested that Cordyceps sinensis can enhance reproductive function and the improve testis morphology index of kidney yang deficiency mice.
