摘 要:激光冲击处理(又称激光喷丸)技术是利用强脉冲激光导致的压力冲击波在金属材料表层产生应变硬化的一种新型表面强化技术。本文介绍激光冲击技术的发展简况,在约束模式下激光导致冲击波的基本理论模型,常用航空金属材料处理后力学性能的变化,分析了激光冲击处理技术在航空制造技术方面的应用,特别针对提高结构疲劳性能的需求,提出了激光冲击处理技术需要解决的工艺问题及其发展动向。As a new surface strengthening technology, Laser shock processing( laser peening) uses intense pulse laser to produce shock waves on metal surface, which induce strain hardening in the surface of metal. In this paper, the development of laser shock processing and the basic principles of laser - induced shock waves in confined regime were introduced at first, followed with the effects on the surface mechanical properties of aeronautical metals. The application of laser shock processing on the aeronautical manufacture technology, especially the demand for improvement of fatigue properties on airplane body structure was discussed. The technical problems in the process of its coming into application market and its orientation were investigated in this paper.
