摘  要:着重探讨不同种类及含量的烧结助剂在烧结过程中对Ba1.5Sr1.5Co2Fe24O41相结构的影响,当Bi2O3的添加量(质量分数)为0.5%时,它具有促进烧结和提高磁导率的作用,且主晶相为Z相。随着添加量的增加,Z相逐渐减少,M和Y相成为主晶相。若添加LiF,则使Z相更难于形成。而磁导率的变化则取决于主晶相结构。The effects of sintering additives with different composition and proportion on the crystalline phases of Ba1.5Sr1.5Co2Fe24O41 hexaferrite during sintering were investigated. Bi2O3 can enhance the densification of hexaferrite and the forming of Z-type phase. The permeability of hexaferrite can be increased when small amount of Bi2O3 was added. But the amounts of Z-type phase was decreased and M-type, Y-type phases were increase with increasing of Bi2O3 It was difficult to form Z-type phase when LiF was used as additive. The permeability of hexaferrite was dependent on the structure of the main crystalline phase.
