摘　　要：在以知识为特征的新经济浪潮下，如何通过实施企业应用系统提高制造企业竞争力是一个现实的问题。本文分析了传统应用系统的弊端，并从“过程－知识－时间－关系”4个战略视角提出了制造企业应用系统重塑的4个法则，即实现应用系统的“过程”创新、“知识”创新、“时间”创新以及“关系”创新，在此基础上建立了制造企业应用系统的全新集成模式。Abstract: In the wave of the new knowledge -based economy, it is an important problem for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competencies by implementing computer application systems. After pointing out the drawbacks of the traditional enterprise application systems, the paper puts forward the four principles to achieve the re-design of the systems including 'Process', innovation, 'knowledge' innovation, 'time' innovation and 'relationship' innovation. Then the bran-new integration mode of the manufacturing enterprise application systems is established.
