摘　　要：黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程是国家投资建设的大型水利工程。水环境信息系统的建立为水库运行管理提供了大量监测数据,作为决策的依据。本文主要介绍客户/服务器结构下的小浪底水环境监测信息系统(XLDEIS)的硬件环境和软件环境,以及实现该系统所应用的开发技术。The Yellow River Xiaolangdi water conservancy project is a large construction item. The water environment information system pro-vides the administration authority of the project with abundant data as grounds for making decision. This paper describes the hardware andsoftware environments of the Xiaolangdi water environment monitoring information system and the techniques used for its development .
