摘　　要：短流程环保型染色是21世纪染色行业追求的目标。立信公司开发的新一代COS系列筒子纱染色机,具有超低浴比(最小为1:5)及多功能智能水洗系统(MIR)和省人力卸纱装置等创新功能,可大幅度缩短染色周期,降低水、蒸汽、染料、化学助剂和电的用量,节省人力,实现高效率和环保染色。Shortening dyeing circle and being environment-friendly ishighly prospected for dyeing industry in the 2lst century. A newgeneration state-of-the-art package dyeing machine - COSseries, developed by Fong's, characterized by super low liquorratio (as low as l:5) and unique features, can achieve highefficiency and environmental-friendly dyeing. Based on itsinnovative features such as multifunctional intelligent rinsing(MIR) system and labor-saving unloading device, COS seriescan notably shorten the dyeing circle, reduce the consumption ofwater, steam, electricity, dyestuffs and chemicals, and savelabor.
