摘　　要：介绍了作为全国大型地下矿山之一的程潮铁矿 ,通过系统掌握井下作业过程中的危险因素、提高安全管理水平 ,有效地控制了工伤事故的发生 。Chengchao iron mine -one of the large scaled underground mines in the country was introduced. By finding out the dangerous factors during underground operation and by improving the safety management level, industrial accident was prevented effectively and the normal production of the mine was insured.
