摘　　要：旋喷注浆可代替建、构筑物纠偏中的掏砂、浸水、应力解除 ,可实现倾向侧升高 ,倾向侧限沉和反倾向侧促沉。文章阐述了利用旋喷注浆在黄狮涝金矿 3#宿舍楼限沉、纠偏中的应用 ,在完成81个桩基工程之后 ,经观测 ,沉降趋于停止 ,偏斜已被控制 ,挽回了经济损失。In rectifying deviations of buildings and structures, jet grouting can be used to replace underground sand digging, water infusion and stress deconcentration to achieve inclined side ascending, inclined side sinking limitation and inclined side sinking acceleration. This paper describes the application of jet grouting in sinking limitation and deviation rectification of the No.3 Dormitory of the Huangshilao Gold Mine. After completion of 81 pile foundations, field observations showed that sinking seemed to be stopped and deviation was controlled, thus avoiding economical losses.
