摘　　要：探讨并论述桥本甲状腺炎及亚急性甲状腺炎临床诊治的最新进展 ,对 1990年代以来国内外部分作者有关研究文献 ,进行了总结。临床研究表明桥本甲状腺炎及亚急性甲状腺炎的诊治是一个复杂的过程 ,需结合临床各方面的相关检查。应用综合诊治方法有助于提高对两病的诊治水平。To investigate and discuss the newest advance on clinical diagnosis and therapy of Hashimoto thyroiditis and subacute thyroiditis. By reviewing literature from home and abroad in the past 10 years,clinical study shows that diagnosis and therapy of Hashimoto thyroiditis and subacute thyroiditis is a complicated process,and it is necessary to combine related clinical examination.The practice of comprehensive diagnosis and therapy methods contribute to raising diagnosis and therapy level of Hashimoto thyroiditis and subacute thyroiditis.
