高血压病患者尿Tamm-Horsfall蛋白变化药物干预

摘　　要：目的　对 37例高血压病 (EH)患者尿Tamm Horsfall蛋白 (THP)含量进行检测 ,观察开博通 2 0例EH患者 1 2例EH合并心力衰竭患者尿THP的影响 ,并与双氢氯噻嗪治疗的患者比较。结果　EH患者尿THP随分期加重而降低 ,且不受尿蛋白排泄量的影响 ;开搏通降压治疗后 ,EH患者THP显著增高 ,双氢氯噻嗪在同等降压作用下对EH患者尿THP无明显影响 ,心力衰竭患者经开博通和双氢氯嗪治疗后 ,随心功能改善尿THP和Ccr增高 ,但开博通组尿THP显著高于双氢氯噻嗪组。结论　尿THP可作为反映EH患者肾功能的指标 ,开搏通可改善EH及合并心力衰竭患者的肾功能 。Objective Tamm Horsfall content of EH has been tested among 37 cases of hypertension. Methods By means of obervation the influence of captopril on THP among 20 cases with EH and 12 cases of complicated cardiac insufficiency as well as comparing those treated with hydrodiuretes. Results In process of hypertension staging TPH of EH cases reduced but without influence on the amount of protein excretion. After the decompression therapy by using captopril,THP of EHh cases was obviously increased while in the same condition TPH of EH cases treated with hydrodiretes was not obviously effected at all. The cases of cardiac innnnsufficiency when treated with both captopril, and their cardic function has been ameliorated and both TPH and Ccr increased,but YHP of the cases in the group treated with captopril was much higher than that of in the group with hydrodiuretes. Conclusion As THP can reflect indexes of a patient,s renal function,captopril will ameliorate renal function of EH patients and patients of complicated cardiac insufficiency,which might be associated with the increase off blood flow of renal medulle.
