摘　　要：１９９２牟，《蒙特利尔议定书》哥本哈根修正案将甲基溴列为受控物质，美国通过修改《清洁空气法》，制定了有关淘汰甲基溴的条款。In 1992. Methyl Bromide was listed as an ozone depleting substance under the Copenhagen Amendment of the Montreal Protocol. The American government put forth regulations to phase out Methyl Bromide through making some specific changes to the Clean Air Act.
