摘　　要：分析了集中式PLC输送机控制系统的缺点 ,简单介绍了AS i总线技术 ,提出了基于该总线技术的输送机控制系统的设计方案 。Firstly,the shortcomings of centralized PLC control system are pointed out.Then AS i(Actuator/Sensor interface)technology is summarized and the design scheme of AS-i based conveyor control system is provided.Lastly,the advantages of the AS i based system over PLC control system and its application prospect are indicated.
