摘　　要：目的　探讨社区乙型肝炎患者心理卫生状况。方法　采用龚耀先教授修订的艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ成人 )对乙型肝炎患者进行个性和症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )调查。结果　乙型肝炎患者存在着较多的心理卫生问题 ;不同情绪状态的乙型肝炎患者出现心理卫生问题的程度不同。结论　乙型肝炎患者心理健康水平低于健康人 。Objective To investigate the psychological health status of the patients with hepatitis in the community.Methods The questionnaire of EPQ(adult) edited by professor Gong Yaoxian and SCL-90 was adopted to measure the personality and symptoms of the patients with hepatitis.Results There are more psychological health problem among those patients with hepatitis,the mental health status of hepatitis patient is related to the extent of psychological problems.Conclusion The psychological health level of hepatitis patients is lower than that of the health people,the mental intervention is good to recovery from hepatitis.
