摘　　要：在非生物环境因子对暴发性流行病病原实验感染的中国对虾发病影响的基础上 ,用光镜和电镜观察对虾中肠组织 .观察结果表明 :中肠上皮细胞水样变性 ,少量的上皮细胞被感染 ,肠腔内致病菌继发性感染 ,中肠肌细胞发生凋亡 .大颗粒细胞。On the basis of effects of non-biologic environmental factors on Penaeus chinensis infected by the explosive epidemic disease virus,the midgut of Penaeus chinensis emerged typical symptom under light and electron microscopies was observed.Epithelial cells produced extensively edematogentic denaturation and very few epithelial cells were infected both by the virus and by some secondary pathogentic bacteria.The muscular cell happened apoptosis.Moreover,the large-granular haemocyte and small-granular haemocyte formed numerous granules respectively,by which degranulatting themselves granules into the haemolymph participated in body fluid immunity.
