摘　　要：NADH脱氢酶亚基I是细胞电子传递链的主要成员之一 .采用简并引物PCR方法获得青岛文昌鱼NADH脱氢酶亚基I基因片段 ,将其氨基酸序列与其他生物如佛罗里达文昌鱼 ,斑马鱼 ,爪蟾等无脊椎和脊椎动物NADH脱氢酶亚基I基因相应片段进行了同源性分析 ,均显示较高的同源性 .研究结果证实青岛文昌鱼作为脊索动物的代表之一 ,与脊椎动物有着较近的亲缘关系 。The NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (ND1) is an important part of the Electron transport pathway.Degenerate primers were designed according to the conserved sequences of NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 gene and a single NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 gene fragment was cloned by PCR from Qindao amphioxus neurula cDNA library.The homology analysis of deduced amino acid sequence showed that Qingdao amphioxus NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 had high level of similarities with Florida amphioxus,Zebrafish and Xenopus.The results show that Qindao amphioxus has close relationship to vertebrate and is the intergradation between invertebrate and vertebrate.
