焦作城区职业人群体脂分布类型与心血管病危险因素及聚集性的相关研究

摘　　要：目的　以腰围 ( WC)和体重指数 ( BMI)为指标来探讨体脂分布类型对心血管病危险因素及其聚集性的影响。　方法　在焦作城区职业人群中调查 WC、BMI、血压、血胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三脂 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL - C)、空腹血糖 ( FBG)。按北京阜外医院心血管流行病研究室统一设制的规格进行调查、统计。资料完整者 2 12 0人。　结果　中心型超重组 ( 组 )血压、TC、TG、FBG及危险因素聚集程序显著高于外周型超重组 ( 组 )和外周型非超重组 ( 组 ) ,而 组上述指标又高于 组。 组、 组的 HDL- C低于 组。　结论　 BMI、WC均可影响心血管危险因素 ,但体脂分布是影响心血管病危险因素聚集的重要因素。Objective To explore the relationship of overwight pattern on cardiovascular risk factors and their cluster for the optional cut-off point of waist circumference(WC). Methods A survey was carried out in urban professionals. Body mass index(BMI), waist circumference(WC), systolic and diastoilc blood pressure(SBP,DBP), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), oipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), fasting blood sugar(FBS) were measured in a sampled 2,120 adults. The survey methods came from Department for Epidemiology, Fu Wai Hospital, Beijing.Results In the overweight group with central fat distribution, mean SBP(140.1 vs 125.4, mmHg), DBP(86.1 vs 76.3, nnHg), and TC(5.43 vs 4.12), TG(2.21 vs 1.21) were significantly higher than the overweight group with peripheral fat distribution and non-overweight groups. The degree of cluster of cardiovascular risk factors were also higher for central pattern than for peripheral patten, whether overweight or not. Whereas nean HDL-C(1.42 vs 1.81) were significantly lower than non-overweight group with peripheral fat distribution. Conclusion BMI and WC may influence cardiovascular risk factors, but body fat distribution is an important factor influencing the cluster of cardiovascular risk factors. It is better to keep the waist circumference.
