25例冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 :回顾性研究 2 0 0 0 - 0 5～ 2 0 0 1- 0 7我院 2 5例行冠脉旁路移植手术病人的治疗效果。结果 :术后 2 2例患者心绞痛症状完全消失 ,1例冠状动脉弥漫性病变的患者仅偶尔需服用小剂量硝酸甘油制剂 ,症状即可明显改善 ,1例术后 3周死于严重的感染 ,1例术中死于严重的鱼精蛋白过敏。结论Objective:To study the clinical significance and experience of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:25 cases with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease underwent coronary artery bypass grafting from 2000-05 to 2001-07 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Angina pectoris were totally relieved in 22 cases.The symptom was alleviated observably with a small dose of nitroglycerium sporadiclly in 1 case .There were 2 deaths:1 due to serious infection 3 weeks postoperatively and another due to anaphylactoid shock and cardiac arrest during protamine injection in operation.Conclusion:Coronary artery bypass grafting is an effective method for patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease for whom medical therapy and angioplasty are ineffectual.
