痹痛宁治疗类风湿性关节炎68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :考察痹痛宁治疗类风湿性关节炎正虚寒湿阻络证的疗效。方法 :采用随机分组对照观察法 ,治疗组 68例予以痹痛宁治疗 ,对照组 35例予以消炎痛、左旋咪唑治疗。结果 :近期疗效 :治疗组总有效率为 91.2 % ,对照组总有效率 77.1% ;远期疗效 :治疗组总有效率 85 .3% ,对照组 5 4 .3%。两组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,在改善症征、控制骨蚀等方面治疗组亦有较好疗效。结论Objective To study the efficacy of PITONGNING on rheumatoid arthritis and syndrome with asthenia cold-damp and blocking. Method The observation subjects were contrasted in groups that selected at random. The treatment group of 68 patients was treated with PITONGNING and the contrast group of 35 patients was treated with levodopa and naproxen. Result For temporary efficacy, the treatment group had the efficacy rate of 91.2% while the contrast group77.7%, for long time efficacy, the treatment group was 85.3% and the contrast group 54.3%. There existed a significant difference (p<0.05 or p<0.01). The treatment group also showed better effects on symptom releasing and delay of epiphsitis. Conclusion PITONGNING has a positive efficacy on the rheumatoid arthritis and syndrome with asthenia cold-damp and blocking.
