双黄连口腔喷雾剂体外杀菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察双黄连口腔喷雾剂的杀菌作用。方法 :采用体外实验方法 ,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌为对象进行抑菌实验。结果 :复方双黄连口腔喷雾剂稀释到 1∶80时仍有杀菌作用 ,稀释到 1∶10时杀菌率达 99.9% ,杀菌率 99.9%以上的最短时间为 10分钟。结论To observe the bactericidal effect of oval compound double-coptis powder sprayer. Method:Staphylococcus aureus, bacilluscoli monilia albicans were used in the bactericidal experiment. Result:Oral compound double-coptis powder sprayer was in effect when diluted to 1:80; when dilute rate was at 1:10, it had bactericidal rate of 99.9% and the shortest duration was only 10 minutes. Conclusion:Oral compound double-coptis powder sprayer has a better bactericidal effect.
