摘　　要：我国股市长期处于一种混乱和大幅波动的状态,自2001年7月初以来,我国股市暴跌700多点,造成这种局面的根本原因就是我国股票市场一系列有缺陷的制度安排。为规范我国股市的发展,提高资本市场效率,完善资本市场功能,必须创新投资工具,完善法规,加强监管和注重信用。Our stock market has been confused an d fluctuant for a long Period.The ind ices of the stock have slumped for700points since July 2001year.The u ltimate reasons which caused this situation are a series of defective institu-tional arrangements in our stock market.To standardize the development of China's stock market,improve the efficien cy of capital market and perfect the function of capital market,we must innovate investment tools,perfect laws and regula-tions,strengthen surpervision and management and give priority to cred it.
