摘  要:结合细观力学在金属韧性材料断裂中的研究成果 ,提出压力容器用钢的断裂模式有两种 :韧窝型断裂模式和剪切型断裂模式 ;决定这两种断裂模式的转变的是应力三轴度。应力三轴度是一种表征材料受力时的应力状态的度量。给出了压力容器用钢的应力状态与两种断裂模式的关系 。Based on some advances by means of meso-mechanics of ductile fracture of metals, two failure models of steels used in pressure vessel is proposed: one is dimple fracture, and another is shear-slip fracture. The transformation between the two models depends on the stress triaxiality in the region where failure takes place. The stress triaxiality is a kind of measure of stress-state of materials. The relation between failure models of steels used in pressure vessel and stress-state is given. And study the engineering application of the relation in the optimum design and the safe assessment of pressure vessel.
