摘　　要：对我国 17个重点畜禽遗传资源省区的 331个地方畜禽遗传资源进行了信息动态研究 ,根据群体近交系数的大小 ,结合群体动态变化趋势和杂交程度信息 ,对这些遗传资源受威胁程度进行了分类。结果表明 ,有 138个品种的群体数量上升 ,14 7个品种数量下降 ,3个品种数量不变 ,其中 7个品种 (或类群 )已经灭绝 ,9个品种 (或类群 )濒临灭绝 ,有 5 0个品种 (或类群 )处于濒危状态。提出了畜禽遗传资源保护和开发利用方案。The dynamic information of 331 animal genetic resources between 1980 and 1996 was analyzed. The results indicated that the population size of 147 breeds had decreased. Seven breeds were extinct and nine breeds were critically endangered requiring immediate conservation urgently conserved, Fifty breeds were endangered and should be conserved. We put forward a conservation and utilization plan for animal genetic resources.
