摘　　要：就秦岭北坡森林公园资金短缺的问题进行了研究 ,在分析资金短缺原因和后果的基础上 。On the basis of analysing the causes and effects of capital insufficiency, methods to solve the capital insufficiency problem of forest parks on north slope of the Mountain Qinling are suggested.
