5种国产苏铁的核型和核型进化

摘　　要：本文报道了中国产 5种苏铁的核型 ,叉叶苏铁 2n =2 2 =4m +4sm +2st +12T ;多歧苏铁 2n =2 2 =4m+4sm +2st+12T ;苏铁 2n =2 2 =4m +6sm +12T ;台东苏铁 2n =2 2 =4m +6sm +12T ;台湾苏铁 2n =2 2 =4m +4sm+2st+12T。Karyotypes of five species of Cycas were studied.The results showed that the numbers of chromosomes of five Cycas species were 2n=22; C.micholitzii :2n=22=4m+4sm+2st+12T; C.multipinnata :2n=22=4m+4sm+2st+12T; C.revoluta :2n=22=4m+6sm+12T; C.taitungensis :2n=22=4m+6sm+12T; C.taiwaniana :2n=22=4m+4sm+2st+12T.The variation and evolution of karyotypes in Cycas were also discussed in this paper.
