摘  要:液压系统向连铸机升降驱动辊供给的液压压力应根据工艺要求进行设定计算。本文分析了铸机正常工作时驱动辊的压下力与铸坯内部的鼓肚力的关系 ,鼓肚力的动态变化要求驱动辊的压下力能较好地逼近这种变化。文章提出了驱动辊对铸坯的液压压力的计算步骤和方法 。The hydraulic pressure which hydraulic system provides to the pinch roll in CC machine should be set-up and calculated according to CC process requirement.This paper makes an analysis of the relation between reduction pressure on slab by pinch roll and bulging force inside the slab during normal operation of CCM. The dynamic change of bulging force requires that the reduction pressure of pinch roll can better impend to such change. The paper puts forward the calculating steps and method of the hydraulic pressure exerted on slab by pinch roll and describes the determinating method handling heavy drawinghydraulic pressure retaining the slab.
