摘 要:综述了热力设备停用保护缓蚀剂的特点和缓蚀剂保护效果的评价方法 ,对影响缓蚀剂停用保护效果的因素和实施应用进行了归纳总结 ,同时就停用保护缓蚀剂研究的发展方向提出了建议。The progress of research on the corrosion inhibitors for the shutdown hot water facility was reviewed.Characteristics and mechanisms of inhibitor protection as well as several typical methods for evaluating the protective effect of these inhibitors were particularly summarized.At the same time the main factors related to the inhibiting efficiency,including the inhibitor concentration,pH value,temperature and filming time,were discussed.In addition,implementation and application of these inhibitors were also briefly introduced.Finally,research trend of these inhibitors was proposed.
