摘 要:采用水相悬浮聚合法和均相溶液聚合法合成丙烯腈共聚物 (PAN) ,讨论了聚合条件对不同聚合反应的影响 ,对样品的结构和性能进行GPC、IR等分析和表征 ;并对比两种PAN纺出原丝的热性能。结果表明 :水相悬浮聚合法可得到 MW =5 4 .72× 1 0 4,D =2 .71 ,三单元组等规立构分数X =0 .2 89的PAN ;均相溶液聚合法仅得到 MW =8.96× 1 0 4,D =4.1 4,三单元组等规立构分数X =0 .2 4 3的PAN。Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was prepared by suspension polymerization in aqueous medium and solution polymerization. The effects of different polymerization conditions on polymerization process were studied. The structures and properties of PAN samples were characterized by GPC?IR. The properties of two different PAN precursors were measured by DSC. It shows that W of samples prepared by suspension polymerization can reach 54.72×10 4, the distribution value of relative molecular weight is as little as 2.71, the fraction value of stereospecific sequence can reach 0.289. But W of samples prepared by solution polymerization only can reach 8.96×10 4, the distribution value of relative molecular weight is 4.14, the fraction value of stereospecific sequence is 0.243.
