胆囊壁增厚的超声诊断

摘　　要：通过对胆囊壁增厚的四种原因作探讨 ,其中单纯胆囊病变引起的占到了 6 8% ,全身性疾病引起的胆囊壁改变占到13% ,肝脏病变引起的胆囊壁改变占 15 % ,其他原因引起的胆囊壁增厚占 4 %。超声发现胆囊壁增厚不应将诊断局限在胆囊本身疾患上 ,要充分结合临床及辅助检查 。In this paper,four causes of gallbladder wall pachynsis were discussed as follows: 68 % of the cases of gallbladder wall pachynsis were caused by simple cholecystopathy; 13 % by general diseases; 15 % by liver diseases; and 4 % by other factors. When we find gallbladder wall thickening as a result of ultrasonography, we shouldn't limit our diagnosis to gallbladder diseases alone. It is through fully combining clinical and accessory examinations and through comprehensive analysis that accurate diagnosis can be made.
