摘　　要：以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,研究了乳酸与异戊醇合成乳酸异戊酯的反应条件 ,结果表明 :用1.0g阳离子交换树脂作催化剂、0.1mol(9g)乳酸 ,当乳酸与异戊醇的摩尔比为1∶2 ,在回流条件下反应3h后 ,酯产率可达87.5 %。本方法具有催化活性较高 ,对设备无腐蚀,三废排放少 。This paper studied the synthesis of isoamyl lactate using cation exchange resin as catalyst.The effects of the amount of catalyst,the ratio of isoamyl alcohol and optimum reaction condition was obtained.The catalyst showed a high activity for the synthesis of isoamyl lactate with the yield of the esterification over 87.5%.
