摘  要:采用拟均相一维数学模型 ,模拟计算了国内较具代表性的 3种日产千吨径向氨合成塔操作工况 ,得到了各段催化床层的催化剂活性校正系数 ;在此基础上 ,对这 3种氨合成塔在分别装填A110、IC174 - 1、A30 1催化剂的操作条件及各段催化床的装填量进行了优化。结果表明 ,通过对现有塔的操作条件进行优化或调整各段催化床体积 ,可以达到提高产量的目的。A30 1催化剂的效果最为显著 ,可提高氨产量 6 %~ 9% ,副产更多蒸汽。这一结果表明 ,引进的大型合成氨厂第二次改造和催化剂更换采用A30A quasi-homogeneous one-dimensional mathematical model is used to carry out analog computation of the operating mode of three typical domestic1,000t/d radial ammonia convetteis, and calibration factors are obtained for catalyst activity in each catalyst bed. On this basis, the operation conditions of the three ammonia convetters charged with A110, IC174-1 and A301 catalysts, respectively, and the loading of each catalvst bed are optimized. The results show that by optimization of the present operation conditions of the converters and readjustment of the catal st vol umne of each bed, the aim of increase in output can be achieved, and of the catalysts the A301 gives the most marked effect, increasing the ammonia output by 6%-9% and generating more byproduct steam.These results indicate that with the second retrofit of the large imported ammonia plants and the replacement with the A301 catalyst, the object of decrease in energv and consumption and increase in output can be achieved.
