摘 要:通过对流化床尿素造粒的冷模研究 ,对 4种与尿素有类似流化特性的大颗粒物料在两级矩形流化床内的停留时间分布进行了系统的实验研究 ,分别考察了气速、床高 (高径比 )、粒径、物料流量等操作变量对停留时间分布的影响。气速是影响停留时间分布的主要因素 ,随着气速的增加 ,物料在床内的混合加剧 ,并同时伴有循环流。大颗粒床层混合程度较差时 ,更易出现腾涌现象。After studying urea granulation in the fluid-bed in the cold mode,a systematic experimental study is made of the residence time distribution of large granules of four materals with fluid behavior similar to that of urea in a two-stage rectangular fluid-bed,and an examination is made of the effect of respective operational variables,such as air velocity,bed beight(height to diameter ratio), pmticle sine, and material flowrate. on residence time distribution .Air velocity is- the Cllief factor that affects residence time distuibution,and with an increase in air velocity, mixiilg of thematemiai in the bed is intensified. accompanied by a circulatory flow.When nixing of large granules in the bed is poor,it is easier for surging to occur.The determination of residence time distribution provides basic data for the industrial design of the fluid-bed granulator.
