摘  要:研究了多种因素对用过氧化氢二异丙苯引发体系制备SBR1778的影响。结果发现,调节叔十二碳硫醇用量可制备出具有不同相对分子质量的SBR1778胶乳;胶乳的门尼粘度越高,填充相同份数环烷烃油后其充油橡胶的门尼粘度也越高。影响SBR1778物理机械性能的因素较多,推荐使用新疆克拉玛依炼油厂和辽河油田石化总厂生产的环烷烃油制备SBR1778。The influence of various factors on the preparation of SBR 1778 was studied. The results showed that it could produce SBR 1778 latex with different relative molecular mass easily through regulating the amount of TDM. The Mooney viscosity of oil-extended rubber extended same amount of cycloalkyl oil increased with the increase of the Mooney viscosity of latex. There were many factors which influenced the mechanical properties of SBR 1778. Cycloalkyl oil made from Xinjiang or Liaohe to produce SBR 1778 was recommended.
