摘　　要：目的 :探讨经空肠饲服清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 :将 68例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组 34例给予常规疗法和经空肠饲服清胰汤 ,对照组给予常规疗法和善得定治疗 ,检测治疗 7天后患者的血和尿淀粉酶。结果 :观察组和对照组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Qingyitang to acute pancreatitis with trans-jejunum feeding. Method: 68 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups, 34 patients with trans-jejunum feeding Qingyitang selected for experiment group, others with common therapy and Sandostatin, after 7 days to test the urine diastase and serum diastase respectively. Results: There were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Trans-jejunum feeding Qingyitang could also get satisfied efficacy for acute pancreatitis.
