ICI治疗54例顽固性心理性ED的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了进一步提高心理性阴茎勃起功能障碍 (ED)的治疗效果。方法 :我们对 5 4例患者采用以阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物 (ICI)为主 ,再结合性心理和口服中药治疗研究。ICI药用罂粟碱 2 0～ 30mg +酚妥拉明 1～ 2mg/次或罂粟碱 9mg +酚妥拉明 1mg +前列腺素E1(PGE1) 10ug/次 ,每 10天注射 1次 ,3次为 1疗程 ,共 3个疗程。未出现阴茎血肿、感染、硬结和海绵体纤维化等严重并发症。对伴有精神不振、乏力、性欲减退等全身症状者 ,再结合口服中药治疗 1～ 3个月。结果 :总有效率 90 .74% ,治愈率 6 1.11%、显效率12 .96 % ,无效率 9.2 5 %。结论Objective:To improve the treatment effect on psychological and intractable erectile dysfunction(ED). Method:We treated 54 cases of ED sufferers with intracaveneos injection(ICI) combined with traditional medicine and psychological treatment.Drug for ICI included papverine 20mg～30mg and phentolamine 1～2mg once or papverine 9mg,phentolamine 1mg and PGE 1 10ug once.One treatment cycle included three times and ten days for once,and the treatment included three cycles for every patient.No severe complications were found,such as local fibrosis,infection,and hematoma.Simultaneosly some patients with decreasing libido,fatigue mentally defective were treated with oral traditional medicine for 1～3months.Results:Total effective rate:90.74%,curative rate:61.11%,inefficacy rate:9.25%.Conclusions:ICI is an effective method to treat the intractable pschological erectile dysfunction.
