摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾上腺结核的CT表现特点及意义。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 8例肾上腺结核的CT表现。结果 :肾上腺结核依病期而有不同的CT表现 :双侧肾上腺增大 ,并呈环状强化 ;双侧肾上腺部分或完全钙化。结论 :CT扫描可准确显示肾上腺结核的形态、大小、强化特点 ,多数病例结合临床和实验室资料可获得正确诊断。Purpose:To study CT features of adrenal tuberculosis.Materials and Methods:CT Scans in 8 patients with adrenal tuberculosis were retrospectively studied.Results:CT scans revealed two different morphological manifestations depending on disease phase:Enlarged adrenals with ring enhancement,or partial or total calcified adrenals.Conclusion:CT Scan accurate assess the shape,size and enhanced condition of adrenal tuberculosis,The correct diagnosis could be made in the majority of cases by CT incombination with clinical and biochemical data.
