摘　　要：目的 :分析双进路法与常规经皮腰椎间盘摘除术的疗效。材料与方法 :采用双进路法与锴皮腰椎间盘摘除术分别治疗 34例 ,分组对比观察。结果 :髓核摘除术双进路法 (均值标准差 2 81± 0 6 4)明显高于常规组 (均值标准差 1 75±0 6 3) ;两组患者均经六个月以上的随访 ,显效双进路法组 88 2 %,常规组 70 6 %。结论 :双进路法经皮腰椎间盘摘除术创伤小 ,安全可靠 ,简单易操作 ,由于增加了髓核的切吸量及引流通道 ,可明显提高该手术疗效。Purpose:Analyse the curative effect of automatic percutaneous lumbar discectomy(APLD) and APLD during double pathway.Materials and Methods:We have applied automatic percutaneous lumbar discectomy and APLD during double pathway technique in 34 patients.Results:The mean of the volume of nucleus pulpous excised in patients of APLD during double pathway is 2.81±0.64,while those without double is 1.75±0.63.Each patient was followed up more than six month.Good result rate increased from 70.6% to 88.2%.Conclusion:APLD during double pathway can increase the drainage way and the volume of nucleus pulpous excised.So the procedure of APLD during double pathway is simple and safe,good curative effect.
