摘　　要：目的 :探讨移植肾急性排异的彩色多普勒超声表现。材料与方法 :对 36例移植肾进行 82次彩色多普勒超声检查 ,将结果与临床资料相对照。结果 :17例 35例次为正常移植肾 ,12例 2 6例次为肾排异。急性排异 16例次 ,急性排异时 ,超声可见 :移植肾体积增大 ,血流速度减慢 ,RI及PI升高。结论 :彩色多普勒超声对诊断急性排异有一定价值 ,可作为术后的监测工具。Purpose:To evaluate the value of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for diagnosing the acute rejection of renal transplant (AR).Materials and Methods:36 patients with renal transplant were examined 82 times by CDFI and contrast with clinic data.Results:The examinations of 35 times from 17 patients were normal,The examinations of 16 times were AR.when AR occurs,CDFI show:The volume and blood flow velocity decrease,resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)increase.Conclusion:CDFI is valuable to diagnose AR and can be used in the monitoring of the renal transplant.
