内窥镜技术在脂肪抽吸手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索防止和减少脂肪抽吸手术并发症的方法。方法:采用内窥镜技术观察脂肪抽吸前、抽吸后及抽吸过程中术区的局部情况。包括脂肪抽吸前抽吸区域主要血供情况,抽吸后的局部创面情况,脂肪抽吸过程中可疑抽吸位置的即时内窥镜观察,利用内窥镜技术进行内窥镜下的治疗及操作。结果:利用内窥镜辅助脂肪抽吸手术73例。观察研究发现,内窥镜辅助脂肪抽吸手术可在抽吸前大体了解脂肪层内较大血管分布情况,有计划地指导脂肪抽吸手术,减少和防止手术中血管损伤。结论:内窥镜辅助脂肪抽吸手术,可使原来脂肪抽吸的盲视性操作变为可计划性操作,同时可以进行内窥镜下的可视性操作,如止血、缝合等,降低了手术创伤,防止和减少了该手术并发症的发生。Objective:To explore and study the method of pre venting and curing the complication s of the liposuction .Method:To reserve the local circumstances i n the whole process of the liposuctio n with the endoscopic,such as the main blood su pplying of the operated or region before the liposuction;the wound after liposuction.To reserve the su spicious place at all times in the pro cess of the liposuction with the endoscopic .To operate on with the en doscopic.Results:73cases were operated on by endoscop ic -assisted liposuction .We can find ou t how the blood vessels in the subcuta neous fat tissue are distributed before the liposuction with endoscopic -assisted liposuction and so we c an operate on in a plant way to relieve and prevent to damage the blo od vessels.Conclusion:We can turn the blinded operation to p lanted operation with endoscopic -assiste d liposuction technique and can operate on with the endoscopic ,such as stanching bleeding ,sewing up and so to reduce the injury of the operation,relieve and prevent the complications .
