摘　　要：通过查阅云南省医药卫生科技成果档案,问卷调查,座谈讨论和专家咨询,对云南省县以上各级各类卫生机构1990—1999年厅级以上获奖卫生科技成果进行了调查分析,分析了全省卫生科技成果推广转化现状,找出存在的问题,并针对性地提出对策措施,为卫生行政管理部门制定有关政策和策略提供依据。Through referring to science and technology outcomes archives of medical health in Yunnan province, questionnaire investigation, panel discussion and expert consultation, the paper analyzed prize provincial level and above health science and technoloy outcomes and their transform of all kinds of county level above health organizations in Yunnan province during 1990 - 1999. The paper analyzed spread and transform status quo of health science and technology outcome in Yunnan province, found out exiting problems and put forward pertinently measures. Therefore the paper offered a base of drawing relevant policy for health management departments.
