现代技术装备与卫生发展的相互作用及对管理的提示

摘　　要：通过对卫生技术和技术生命周期的讨论,强调了卫生技术装备是卫生技术的重要成份之一及卫生技术装备管理的工作位点。阐明了卫生技术装备与卫生发展间相互作用的四个主要特征:技术推动着卫生事业的进步,新技术促进了新学科的形成,技术改变了某些医学模式的传统认识和格局,技术牵动了某些医学程序的改革。介绍了21世纪卫生技术发展的热点领域,分析了卫生技术装备管理所面临的若干问题。提示,卫生技术装备管理应密切与我国卫生体制改革相结合,参与卫生技术装备项目管理等管理理论、方法和运作体系的研究。The article emphases that health technological equipment is one of important components of health care technology and illustrates the key working point of health technological equipment management, basing on the discussion about health care technolgy and its life cycle. It elucidates forr main important characters of interaction between technological equipment and health development: technology dirves the progress of health care, nwe technology promotes the innovation of new medical disciplines, technology changes some traditional realization and structure on medicine, technology induces the reformation of some medical procedures. And prospects the hotspot of 21st health care technology development, analyzes some problems of health technological equipment management. It suggests that health technological equipment management should have a close linkage with the revolution of health system, take part the the whole dynamic management process, stress the reasonable distribution and function e-quipment, strengthen the health technology assessment and studies on theory, method and operating system about health technological equipment and its project management.
