摘 要:电子商务环境下如何充分满足顾客个性化需求是现代企业迫切需要解决的问题 .根据对智能agent的智能、交互等属性方面的分析 ,探讨了它在电子商务中的应用 ,提出了利用多agent技术开发企业市场营销决策系统的基本思想和方法 ,并利用面向agent程序设计实现了面向电子商务环境基于智能agent的企业市场营销产品和价格决策系统 ,帮助企业进行营销分析与决策 .该系统由多种不同类型的软件agent组成 ,所有a gent均分布在企业局域网的计算机上 ,利用网络进行通信 .本方案立足于在企业网站的服务器端执行agent的各项功能 ,大大减少了网络通信的费用和压力 .Under electronic business circumstance, it is very urgent for modern enterprise to solve the problem how to meet customer′s personal demand. According to the analysis of agent′s principle attributes, this paper discusses the application of agent on EB. Primary ideas and methods are brought forward to develop marketing decision making system using technology of MAs. The EB oriented MAs based product price decision making system is accomplished, using technology of AOP to help enterprise to carry out marketing analysis and decision making. This system is made up of many various software agents, which are distributed on computers within enterprise′s LAN and able to communicate through network. The system designed in executing mainly marketing functions on enterprise′s server is established so as to decrease the pressure and expenditure for communication on network.
