摘  要:目的 探讨脑损伤后大鼠胰岛素细胞 (B细胞 )、生长抑素细胞 (D细胞 )及血糖含量的变化。方法 采用落体法致大鼠脑损伤 ;伤后 2 4h断头处死 ,用免疫组织化学和图像分析方法观察脑损伤后大鼠胰岛B、D细胞的变化 ,用生化分析仪测定血糖含量。结果 与对照组比较 ,脑损伤大鼠胰岛B细胞数量减少 ,平均光密度减弱 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰岛D细胞数量增多 ,平均光密度增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血糖升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 脑损伤大鼠胰岛B细胞分泌胰岛素功能减弱 。Objective To Study the changes of insulin cell(B cell) and somatostatin cell(D cell) in rat with brain injury.Method The model of brain injury was made by free-falling body way and all rats were killed 24?h after brain injury.The changes of B and D cells by immunohistochemical survey and image analysis were observed,and levels of the blood glucose were determined with biochemical analyzer.Results In brain injury rats,the number decreased and everage photodensity weakened in the pancreatic islant B cell(P<0.05) and the number became numerous and the evrerage photodensity enhanced in the pancreatic islant D cell(P<0.05),the blood glucose level came down(P<0.01) compared with control group.Conclusion Secreating function of pancreatic glucagon from A cell is reinforced, while D cell secreate more somotostatin in brain-injured rats.
