摘 要:根据 19种单种煤和 6 4个配煤方案在模拟焦炉 (SCO炉 )上的试验 ,研究了原料煤性质对焦炭热性质的影响。结果表明 ,煤中的无机组分对焦炭的热性质影响也较大 ,矿物质催化指数MCI与焦炭的热性质存在较好的线性关系。配合煤的煤质指标中 Vd、Ad、Std 具有较好的加和性 ,G、lgMF在一定范围内具有加和性 ,Y值、奥亚膨胀度(全膨胀a+b) 的实测值高于其加和值。Results based on the comprehensive research on the properties of 19 coals and 64 coal blends and their cokes carbonized in a simulated coke oven (SCO) show that the coal rank (represented by random reflectance of vitrain R o v and volatile matter V d ), the plastic properties of coal (represented by caking property G, maximum thickness of colloidal layer Y, total dilatation a+b and Giseler fluidity lgMF) and the mineral composition of coal (represented by mineral catalysis index MCI) are key factors affecting coke thermal properties The coal characterized by R o v from 1 1%~1 2% and V d from 22%~26% with better plastic property may evolve a good thermal property coke However, MCI has shown to be another sensitive parameter to the coke properties It has shown MCI has linear relationship with the CRI and CSR Meanwhile V d , A d and total sulfur S td of coal blends have additive relationship and G,lgMF also has additive relationship in a specific range, while the Y and (a+b) of the blends are higher than their additive values In addition, adding briquette can improve CRI and CSR of coke
