腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的评价(附48例临床分析)

摘　　要：对腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗子宫内膜异位症进行评价。方法 :对 48例腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床资料进行分析。结果 :腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗子宫内膜异位症适合于 35岁以下 ,希望保留生育的妇女 ;直径≤ 10cm的子宫内膜异位囊肿和不明原因的盆腔痛经反复抗炎治疗无效者 ,均是腹腔镜手术的指征。结论 :腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗子宫内膜异位症是一种安全的术式。Objective:To evaluate the effect of conservative operation by laparoscope in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: Clinical information about 48 cases of endometriosis having received the conservative operation of laparoscope was analyzed retrospectively. Results: The conservative therapy by laparoscope in endometriosis is appropriate to such cases who are under 35 years old and still want to be fertile, it is also fit for the patients with a cyst of endometriosis no more than 10cm in diameter and patients suffering from primary dysmenorrhea in pelvis without effective results of repetitious anti-inflammatory therapies. Conclusions: Conservative operation by laparoscope is a safe treatment for the endometriosis.
