福建省预防接种安全注射现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了解福建省基层预防接种的安全注射状况及其影响因素 ,促进安全注射工作。采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法 ,调查 12 0个接种点 12 0名接种服务提供者。结果显示 :72 5 %的接种点已不用玻璃注射器 ,93 33%的接种点实行了“一人一针一管” ,仍有 9个点采用“一人一针”的注射方式 ;75 76 %的接种点玻璃注射器采用压力蒸汽灭菌 ;8 11%的接种服务提供者未对使用后的一次性注射器采取正确的处理方式 ;96 6 7%的接种服务提供者经过安全注射培训 ,48 33%的人未掌握安全注射知识。接种服务提供者的知识、态度和行为、经济情况、上级的态度和行为是安全注射工作的重要影响因素。建议加强对接种服务提供者的培训及监督。The present situation and affecting factors of safe injection in immuniztion program in grassroots of Fujian Province had been analyzed in order to promote the work on safe injection. 120 EPI staffs in 120 inoculation spots had been chosen with stratified multistage random sampling method in this survey.The results showed that 72.5% of the spots had abolished the use of glass syringes. 93.33% of the spots used one syringe and one needle for each injection,but in nine spots still adopted the fashion of injection with needle-less jet injectors.75.76% of the spots had sterilized the glass syringes with high pressure.8.11% of the EPI staffs did not correctly deal with the used disposable syringes and needles.96.67% of the EPI staffs had accepted the education and technical training on safe injection,but 48.33% of them lacked knowledge and skill on safe injection.Though safe injection has gained great achievements,but there still exists a gap between the present situation and the objective that safe injection would realize at the end of 2000. Knowledge,attitude and behaviour of the staffs,economic condition,attitude and behaviour of the higher outhorities were the main affecting factors.Authors suggest that we have to disseminate knowledge on safe injection, give EPI staffs the educational and technical trainings and strengthen the supervision.
